MangoRx is a new men’s health and wellness company dedicated to developing, marketing, and
selling a variety of men’s wellness products and services via a telemedicine platform that
connects consumers to licensed healthcare professionals.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join the MangoRx team.
MangoRx’s Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy
for our clinics and pharmaceutical products. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue
growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful commercialization
of our pharmaceutical portfolio.

measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
● You’ve prepared and provided insightful executive summarized and regular reports to
senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
● You’ve stayed informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
to guide decision-making.
● You’ve contributed to product development and positioning through market intelligence
and customer feedback.
Day-to-day tasks include:
● Develop and execute an overall sales (SMART) plan and strategy to hit comprehensive
and specific goals (budget) set for clinic expansion, partnership growth, and product
sales.
● Summarize and provide daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports on the status of sale
initiatives as they relate to overall company growth goals.
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals,
and strategic partners by visiting and prospecting on a daily/weekly basis.
● Track and report the progress of visits and opportunities to understand market dynamics.
● Manage and maintain sales reports (weekly or bi-weekly) and monthly scorecards
(KPI’s) to assess teams’ performance and suggest any actions or adjustments.
● Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and
alignment to optimize product positioning and market presence.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is
preferred.
● Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the wellness,
consumer health, or pharmaceutical industries.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using sales data and
metrics.
● Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing
teams.
● Proficiency in sales force automation tools and customer relationship management
(CRM) software.
● Willingness to be out once a week to see customers
