KYZATREX is an FDA-approved oral prescription medication designed for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Testosterone replacement therapy is a treatment to replace the testosterone you’ve lost and get your T-levels back to a normal range. TRT has traditionally consisted of testostrone patches, gels, pellets, and injections. KYZATREX is an oral prescription drug that is used to treat adult men who have low or no testosterone levels due to certain medical conditions.

You have two convenient options for obtaining your bloodwork:

1. Upload Previous Bloodwork: You can submit any bloodwork done within the last 30 days.

2. Use Trybe Labs: Alternatively, you can request an at-home lab kit from Trybe Labs.

Once you have your bloodwork results, whether from Trybe Labs or another source, sign back into your MangoRx account and upload your results before proceeding with the medical questionnaire.

For your bloodwork to be accepted and reviewed by a physician for either the Prime or Mojo protocol, it must include the following blood panels:

• FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone)
• LH (Luteinizing Hormone)
• Total Testosterone
• Free Testosterone (Free Androgen Calculation)
• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
• SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin)

Before you begin the medical questionnaire, please verify that your blood panel includes all of these panels. Your bloodwork must contain these specific panels to continue on any Prime or Mojo protocol. Please note that failure to include these panels will result in rejection by the physician (The doctor’s visit is a nonrefundable charge).

After placing your first order, one of our board-certified physicians will review your medical questionnaire and blood panel with you via an online telehealth appointment. The physician will determine if Prime or Mojo is an appropriate treatment protocol for you. If approved, your order will be shipped from our trusted partner pharmacy. After you have been on Prime or Mojo for 30-60 days you will be prompted to take another bloodwork test and have a follow-up doctor visit. In most cases, after the follow-up doctor visit, you won’t need bloodwork or a doctor visit for 5 months.

Prime and Mojo protocols are currently only available in the following states:

Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
