What does Tadalafil do?
Tadalafil is an FDA-approved drug commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors that work by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, allowing for a firm and lasting erection. Tadalafil is more commonly known by the brand name Cialis. Tadalafil rapid dissolve tablets (Mangos) contain 10 or 20 mg of Tadalafil.

What does Agmatine Sulfate do?
